Charger replacement not available-brush not in use
Bought the smart profile brush from Debenhams, fantastic product, use it for more than a year every day. Unfortunately my charger has been lost and now I'm not able to purchase replacement. I emailed customer service twice and their not able to do anything or advice when the charger would be available for sale. Therefore my brush is laying in drawer for more than 4 months. It's not the cheapest product and it's very disappointing that I can't use it anymore. I would think twice before purchasing it as if your charger is lost or broken you might not be able to use it. Unless you are lucky to find fake replacement somewhere online.
Very slow respond ( almost 2 weeks to wait for an email each time), lack of support or advice what charger can be used instead, add more disappointment.
Therefore I advice to avoid purchasing this product.

Needs a stand
The product itself is excellent however it does not come with a base, or a stand, or a cradle to put it in when not in use. The device is left to just lay on the counter. Provide a cradle for it to sit or stand in when not in use, that will make it a 5 star perfect product.

Don't hesitate!!
For years I've been curious about this expensive piece of "stay youthful" equipment. I'm 35 and being mindful/frugal about my budget is a priority, so I delayed this purchase for years by using Oil of Olay's version of this facial cleanser. After 3 days... I was just in awe. My face has never been sooo soft/smooth AND after a few weeks the pores on my nose have gotten smaller or disappeared!! Simply amazing, the battery lasts forever and now I'm a believer. <3 Don't hesitate to own and use this sucker... this product is totally worth it. BE YOU TIFUL.

Loving & Learning.
Excited for all the different uses. So far have just used on face to wash. Still need to try out the body,massaging and pedi brushes. So many uses. Looking forward to a more healthy look.

Great for face... but!
I bought SMART Profile model for the added use of the body brush for my back however it isn't easy to use on your back, the handle is too short to reach your entire back. I was disappointed.
As far as the use for your face. I have acne prone skin, before clarisonic I would break out after using makeup and had a long facial cleansing ritual that didn't leave my face completely clean, just irritated and dry. Now with clarisonic I don't dread my night time routine, it's simple and effective to leave your face CLEAN without the irritation or dryness. I use the factory settings 20sec forehead, 20sec t-zone, 10 sec cheek, 10 sec cheek and a adequate amount of cleanser. *If your cleanser is very sudsy use a small amount, if your cleanser is less sudsy use more* No more post makeup use break out! I love everything about it. Now I can't live with out it!!! I use two different brush heads, one in the morning and the second one in the evening, that way it allows them to dry completely before it's next use. I use the Smart dynamic brush head that came with the unit and the deep pore cleansing brush that came as a free sample. I think both are effective and do not cause irritation on my acne prone skin. I don't use the cleanser that came in the box since I use my own, however I do use it to clean my brush heads. I would stress the importance of cleaning the brush heads and system, to keep their integrity. A small amount of soap on the brush head, scrub and rinse away after use, just takes me 10-15 seconds, a little longer if I see any makeup residue on the brush head. I dry them off with a clean towel. Clarisonic is a must have for all! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Powerful Device!
Wow! Is my face clean. I thought my Mia did a fantastic job washing off my makeup, but this Smart Profile is on a whole new level of cleanliness. My pores have shrunk to a point where they're barely noticeable. I love Clarisonic. This company keeps giving us better and better products. I tell all my friends and family that any Clarisonic cleansing device, especially the Smart Profile, is worth the investment.

Excellent as are All Clarisonic products
I've been a Clarisonic user since their cleansing brushes first came out. My last brush died after 5 years. I opted to upgrade and am not disappointed. I love the cleansing ability of this brush; I've yet to figure out all the bells and whistles but I've only had it a week, it's terrific so far.
