Battery will NOT hold charge
I purchased the Clarisonic Mia Fit in February 2017. Less than eight months later, the battery will not hold charge. I place it on the charger whenever it is not in use. The battery will not hold a charge for even the one minute cleansing. Very disappointed for such an expensive product. I hope Clarisonic will replace it as I will not repurchase.

Battery doesn’t hold up
I own several different styles of the Clarisonic products and liked them all until now. I use the MIA Fit less than the others. But now after owning for less than 2 years it will not hold a charge. It is useless. After the investment in this product, the number of uses I was able to receive is unacceptable. I do not recommend this product until the battery issues are resolved.

Loved it, till battery issues
I absolutely loved my Mia fit till the battery issues started. Seems to be a problem among other users and I wish they would fix this given the reputation of the company and the price of this device. Started with not holding charge very long to not charging at all. My device is just over a year old. Not acceptable given the price and worried even if I do get a replacement that down this road I will go again.

I loved this product at first, then slowly it got worse and worse. It now works for less than 5 seconds before it says it needs to charge. I'm not sure if it's the product or the brand, but I'm not very happy that it is already at the point where I can't even use it after 18 months.

I loved this device at first, and thought that the small size would be perfect given my travel and gym schedule. It was, initially. But I just got off the phone for the second time in 3 months for a replacement device (I'm on my third device in two years, just got a replacement device last month, and it no longer works, so will be on my 4th MiaFit in less than two years). The MiaFit battery life is a major issue, and all three devices I've had finally just stop connecting with the charging device altogether. My warranty expires in December, and they won't extend it. So, when my warranty is done, I'll be done with this product. Very frustrating and a total waste of money.

Will be contacting Clarisonic for exchange
I agree with a lot of the other reviewers because I thought the size of my Mia Fit would be a plus, but for some reason i use it twice in 3 days and then it doesn’t hold its charge very long! I had the handled Clarisonic for MANY years, like maybe 7 years and it was perfect.
I for sure got my use out of it.
But this Mia fit?
I want to exchange it, because it is still under warranty. Not at all the quality of my previous one, and certainly VERY EXPENSIVE for the quality of this one.
I want it to live up to its previous one I owned. This one does not.

Horrible battery life
Cute and portable, love it at first. However, the battery life is horrible! I had a mia 2 and only needed to charge that once a month or sometimes longer, before the battery die, it make beeping noise when use to notify you that it needs to be charge... with the new mia fit, it barely last a week. battery would die without notification, you just cant use it... very disappointed! though, it is a travel size but you have to bring the charger with you when you're traveling, kinda defeat the purpose. I hope customer service contact me about this I would like a refund!

Love it
I have a Mia 2, but needed a second Clarisonic for the studio apartment where I work. I'm only there 3-4 days a week, but Clarisonic makes such a difference in my skin I don't want to be without and I got tired of having to move it back and forth.
Fit travels well, like the charge system so far, and it takes up less space on my smaller countertop. Love the blue color - really bright and cheery.
Same great cleansing, and I really like the way this fits in my hand. I think it's way more comfortable to use in the shower.

Battery will not last
I've had battery issues with clarisonic mia and fit. I bought the fit hoping it'd be better but it's worse. I charged it full before my 1 week trip and it died on me mid-way not even for a full week!!!!! How is a product like this even last on the market? Soon enough more customers will complain about this issue and it will be a product to stay away from. I will never spend on another clarisonic again and will definitely contact them to get my money back for this one i literally just bought after a few MONTHS.

Great results, but poor product life
I've had great results with this product, but I cannot get one of these devices to last more than about 3-4 months before the battery stops recharging. I first purchased in Jan. 2017, and after about 4 months, the Mia Fit stopped charging or holding a charge. I was sent a replacement under the warranty program, but this replacement device has also stopped charging after about 4 months. This is making me lose confidence in Clarisonic, although I really did love using my Mia Fit when it worked. I hope others have had more luck.

battery life sucks
After about 8 months of use, the battery won't hold charge after 1 use. Don't waste your money. The warranty covers this, but after 2 years I'll just have to toss it.

Lacks Charging Time
My Mia fit 2 died after six months of use. The charging time kept decreasing after using it every evening. Now it doesn't hold a charge at all. I owned the original Clarisonic and it lasted for years with beautiful results. I am really disappointed in the the Mia Fit especially since it is so expensive.

Won't purchase again
I've owned a Mia for years and decided to purchase a Mia Fit for the two speed option and its smaller size. Four months after purchase the Mia Fit began to lose its charge after two uses. Now, five months after purchase, the Mia Fit dies before completing its full cycle. Don't waste $$$ on the Mia Fit.

Battery Performance
The only lacking I noticed about this product is the battery performance. I usually use it twice a day but I have to charge it every 3-4 days ever since I started using it. Other than that, it's great! I got it as a birthday gift from my bf now husband almost a year ago. I loved it and was so happy and thrilled plus my name was engraved on it. Very cute lil pink beauty gadget. Perfect for traveling. How I wish it comes with a traveling case or pouch. So glad I purchased
I am really enjoying my clarisonic. Love the brush head. I appreciate the timer notices so I know when to move on. After just a few weeks I am seeing a difference in my skClarisonic.

Great little brush!
I keep my Mia Fit in the shower. I love the compact size, but it's still a powerhouse: my skin comes out squeaky clean. One little suggestion: Clarisonic, how about letting us choose what brush head we'd like on our new brush orders, or offer the option of upgrading the brush head. I really love the Cashmere Cleanse head and will eventually be replacing the Radiance Revealing head with the CC head, when the time comes. I'm very, very happy with my purchase.

Terrible Battery
I have had this since January and now the battery barely charges. When it does, it takes two days and I barely get one use out of it. I work out a lot so I wanted it on the "2" setting but the battery drains so fast that I can't use it on 2. I have to settle for "1" and it barely works then. Absolutely love it.... But
I absolutely love it. But I'm bummed out it didn't come with a travel case. I had a mia 2 for 8 years and it finally died. So I bought the mia 2 fit. My mia 2 came with a travel case and I really utilized it. Considering how munch the mia 2 fit is, I feel as if it should come with a travel case. Battery does not stay charged
I received this as a gift for Christmas and for 6 months it worked great. Now it won't hold a charge. It takes HOURS to charge and I get one use out of it and it's dead. Spends more time on the charger than my face!!! Don't recommend you buy it. Would have been better if it was made to use regular batteries.

Battery issues
This product was GREAT for the first few months I had it and now the battery only last for one use. The first one I purchased wouldn't charge at all and this one I received in exchange for the first one, now only after a few months, doesn't last more than one use before I have to charge it again. Not worth purchasing for the price.

Love it!
I've always taken very good care of my skin but the Mia FIT takes it to the next level!!! I've noticed fine lines have been minimized, my pores look and feel awesome and I even think some of my dark spots have broken up a bit!

Wonderful
I wish that I had used this product years ago. It's absolutely wonderful and leaves the skin looking and feeling amazing. I love it so much that I'm considering buying another one in another color just for the convience for the foundation brush.

Battery Dies
I was relieved to read the posting from June 17th. This is EXACTLY what I have experienced. I purchased this particular model just for traveling. Now, I too, am confronted with a 30 second run time! My beautiful pink Mia is DEAD! DEAD! DEAD!
I am not fond of paying for another device after such a short lifespan. But I did love it while it worked

This is my 2nd clarisonic! I am 71. My skin looks so good that even my younger sisters ask, why do you look younger than we do. My new doctor said he had never see someone so youthful looking and was surprised by my age. I have been using this product for over 7 years, then boo hoo my first one bit the dust.On my second now. How to Use Your Clarisonic Mia FIT
Mia FIT has two settings to fit your routine, and the pulsing timer guides you to maximise your cleanse.
Charge for 18 hours before use.

NOTE: Keep the brush head flush to the skin. Pressing too hard will impede the motion and reduce effectiveness.
How to Replace Your Brush Head
For best results, replace your brush head every 3 months.
- To remove the brush head:
1. Grip the brush head firmly, then push and twist it counter-clockwise.
2. Pull the brush head away from the handle. - To attach the brush head:
Push down and twist the head clockwise until it snaps into place.
Tip: Use the brush head cap to easily remove and attach the brush head with a simple twist.
Clarisonic makes a variety of interchangeable brush heads, uniquely designed and engineered for specific skin types or conditions.
