Horrible - Broke after dropping in shower
I have the MIa 1 since 2010 - Ive used it daily and it takes the wear and tear of drops. I purchased the Fit model and it wont even turn on after one drop. And then all the sudden it starts buzzing when no one touched it - and you cant turn it off. Its a defect and a waste of money. Stick with the Mia 1 - not this overpriced piece of junk

Battery doesn't last
I bought the mia fit a little less than a year ago and it was great while it lasted. Just last month the battery started dying sooner. It charges but when I go to use it, its as if I never charged it. I've read the instructions and have followed the proper way to store it however it still doesn't work. For the amount of money I spent on this, I would expect it to last a lot longer. I'm hesitant to purchase another Mia fit, let alone a regular mia.

Don't bother spending your money. Doesn't last.
I bought this one in December 2016 and in July 2017 it stopped charging. I used it daily and would charge it as directed but it didn't last. Mine has no damage to it, so this shouldn't happen. After reading the other reviews this seems to be the case for this product. Given it is more expensive than some other products I would recommend getting a different one. I am extremely disappointed that it stopped working.

Price not worthy of durability.
Bought this item because I had heard great feedback from friends and family. I would love to give 5 stars but I honestly think my Mia FIT didn’t last longer than 6 months. I used it twice a day, made sure to properly charge and store the device, read ALL instructions thoroughly to ensure I would get the longest product life I could get for my money spent, but unfortunatly it just gave out. A friend of mine had another device that she’s had for about 6 years no and still going strong, so perhaps just this device is faulty. Moreover, I eventually got around to contacting customer service a little under a year of having the device, to send the product back to fix it or provide a new one but never got around to getting it shipped out since I had to get my return slip printed out, get a box to ship it in etc. but I didn’t have time to do that with my busy schedule it seemed almost impossible. So now I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and didn’t work for very long at all. Just wish there was a more convenient way to return the item or perhaps a larger timeframe to be able to send it back. 30 days is pretty accommodating but not for everyone unfortunately. When product was properly functioning, it substantially improved my skin quality. But now I’m afraid to purchase another one for lack of durability.

Battery doesn’t hold up
I purchased a Mia Fit and a Mia 2 in April 2017. I started using the Mia 2 first and I definitely love it so much. A few months ago I started using the Mia Fit; it worked well and I loved it better than the Mia 2. Unfortunately, last month it stopped working. I charged it overnights but the next days it didn't work. I am so disappointed that I trusted the products of the Clarisonic. Fortunately, my friend asked me to get the Mia Fit for her but I have not bought one. I don't know what I can do with the expensive non-working Mia Fit.

Not happy it does not shut off !!! Also maeup brush does not fit in the clarisonic properly you have to literally jam it in there !! I have to keep pushing the power button to try to get the machine to shut off !!!TOO EXPENSIVE WITH TOO MANY ISSUES !! This is my second one.

Battery dead in 8 months
I was happy with my purchase initially but now the mia fit won’t hold a charge. I literally leave it on its charger and when I turn it on, it stays on for less than 10 seconds. I do NOT recommend this product.

How to Use Your Clarisonic Mia FIT
Mia FIT has two settings to fit your routine, and the pulsing timer guides you to maximise your cleanse.
Charge for 18 hours before use.

NOTE: Keep the brush head flush to the skin. Pressing too hard will impede the motion and reduce effectiveness.
How to Replace Your Brush Head
For best results, replace your brush head every 3 months.
- To remove the brush head:
1. Grip the brush head firmly, then push and twist it counter-clockwise.
2. Pull the brush head away from the handle. - To attach the brush head:
Push down and twist the head clockwise until it snaps into place.
Tip: Use the brush head cap to easily remove and attach the brush head with a simple twist.
