The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over only, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the draw is free.
3. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries by the same person from various emails or other accounts will not be accepted.
4. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
5. Entries will only be accepted on the official entry form. Entrants must have internet access to be able to enter the prize draw.
6. Entries must be received on or before 11.59 Sunday 10th March 2013. The prize draw will take place on Monday 11th March 2013. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Three correctly completed entries drawn at random will each receive a Clarisonic PLUS.
7. The winner will be notified by email by 11th March 2013.
8. Winners will have fourteen (14) workings days to respond to which address they would like the prize to be sent to.
9. Winners should allow up to five (5) weeks for delivery of the prize.
10. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
13. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
14. The prize is not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to add to or waive these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.

18. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
