Rich cleanser
I am 66 with dry skin. This cleanser and the Clarisonic keep my skin clean and soft. If I am a little wind burned or sun burned, I add a little aloe, then the cleanser, and complete my facial. A very creamy, mild product. I like to be gentle to my skin.

Amazing but....
This product is amazing. The only problem is that my face gets small bumps on the side of my face and the product feels like it is working but its not. Don't get me wrong I love this product, because it does not irritate my skin but it doesn't work for the bumps.

Great Cleanser!
This cleanser is gentle and has a wonderful texture. It also smells heavenly. I have combination skin with rosacea that gets very irritated in the winter. I bought this to use with the softer brush heads and it's a terrific combination!

Left Way Too Much Residue
I really wanted to like this product, as I love so many of the other Clarisonic products but this one really failed me. I wasn't expecting this to be such a thick lotion, and even after rinsing my face 20 times there was still a residue left over that clogged my pores and made my skin feel oily. My face only felt clean if I followed it up with a gel cleanser or scrub. I now know to never use lotion-type 'cleansers' - they really just take off the surface dirt and seem to grind in the underlying dirt on your skin.

Totally transformed my skin
Despite being over thirty, I was still unhappy with my skin. It wasn't that I was covered in spots, though I did break out every month without fail- it was more that it was so dull, no matter what I tried. (Which was everything that you could do/buy pretty much) Clarisonic was recommended by a friend and haven't had a bad skin day since! Been using it for over a year and am finally happy with my skin and will now even go make-up free for the first time in about twenty years. Fab product. Buy it!

Terrible new formulas
I've used clarisonic products for years and I loved them. I used the auto-replenishment for a while and built up quite the collection of cleansers. I've finished those and purchased the new products and I HATE them. I used to use the nourishing care cleanser (winter time) and the refreshing gel cleanser (warmer times) and now the products (this is supposed to be the equivalent of the nourishing care cleanser) are completely different. I break out more, my skin doesn't feel as soft or clean, the smell is terrible, the consistencies of the cleansers are different. Very disappointed with the changes especially because I just purchased a new clarisonic brush which I won't use now because all the cleansers are awful.

Won't buy again
I read all the reviews before purchasing this product. They were all rave reviews, and that is why I purchased it. Well, I can tell you that I don't like the scent at all! It just smells terrible. It doesn't stay on my skin to even tell if it's working. I will never buy this product again!

This cleanser is best used with sensitive brush
After much contemplation for almost a year, I bought a clarisonic plus last month. The plus comes with sensitive brush heads. In my second week of its use i had severe breakouts, making me stop using clarisonic altogether.
Although i still wanted to give it another try after my skin got back to normal. So i tried using the sensitive brush head with Clarisonic gentle hydro cleanser this time and it worked just fine. I think the trick is in using a ultra mild cream based cleanser with the sensitive brush head. Also, let the brush glide over the skin without any pressure or trying to make any circular motion. I still use it only once a day, feel it may be too much to work twice.
I heard better reviews about the cashmere brush head too and ordered it yesterday.
