Warranty and Returns

Warranty

At Clarisonic® we believe very strongly in product quality and in our quality assurance processes. Every unit is subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exacting specifications. A defective product is extremely rare. We do, however, examine returned products to help us identify product and/or process improvements.

Every Clarisonic Skin Cleansing System includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and each Opal Sonic Infusion System includes a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Both the cleansing and infusion systems come with a warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use with a voltage converter. Voltage converters or plug adapters do not guarantee voltage compatibility.

Following are the warranty terms for each Clarisonic model:

  • Clarisonic Classic: 2 years
  • Clarisonic PLUS: 2 years
  • Clarisonic Mia: 1 year
  • Clarisonic Opal: 2 years

Please email [email protected] for a Warranty Returns Form for you to fill in and return to us along with a copy receipt or copy proof of purchase to receive a replacement.  A pre-paid envelope will be enclosed in your replacement package for you to send back the faulty device in.

Return Information

If you are not satisfied with your Clarisonic® product from an authorised dealer and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping (if applicable), an immediate refund may be available by returning your Clarisonic product to the retailer of your original purchase. If you are unable to return your Clarisonic to the original point of purchase, email [email protected] to request a Return Authorisation form within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product (60 days if product is purchased directly from your skin care professional). You will be provided with a prepaid postage label for the return of your product.

Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from the manufacturer. If original purchase was made from a third party, your credit will be issued via wire transfer and will be sent within 6-8 weeks after receiving returned product.

Please note that Clarisonic does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  • Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorised distributors or through unauthorised distribution channels.
  • Sonic Skin Cleansing Systems purchased more than 30 days prior (60 days if purchased directly from your skin care professional).
  • Sonic Infusion Systems purchased more than 60 days prior.
  • Packages missing hardware components.
  • Products returned without a valid itemised receipt or a copy of proof of purchase.
  • Shipping charges.

Products returned without an RA (Return Authorisation) number will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. Clarisonic does not assume responsibility for a lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.

Note: Clarisonic recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Clarisonic or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
